Required Documents:

1- CNIC & Passport & Additional Documents:
  1. Original Passport with all Previous Passports.
  2. CNIC Copy
  3. Please note Passport status should be as below.
  4. The Passport should have minimum 02 blank pages & should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  5. Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA.
  6. Marriage Certificate (in case travelling with spouse.)
2. Photographs:
  1. Three recent colored photographs of 2 x 2 Inches of size, white background with matt finish with face covering 80% of the area. White background, and without border. (Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled)
3. Additional & Financial Documents:
for Employed:
  1. Last 6 Month Original Personal Bank Statement, showing Bank Name,
  2. Account Maintenance Certificate.
  3. Last 3 Month Salary Slip.
  4. Letter from Company / Department, showing, Name, Designation, Salary & working since, should be written.
  5. Account Balance should be at least 1,000,000 to 1,500,000 Pakistani Rupees.
  6. Last 2 years Tax Returns or Tax Deduction Certificate.
for Self Employed / Businessman:
  1. Last 2 years Tax Returns, Personal & Company. (if filed separately)
  2. Last 6 Months Personal Bank Statement.
  3. Last 6 Month Company / Business Bank Statement (if separate accounts)
  4. Account Balance should be 1,000,000 to 1,500,000 Pakistani Rupees. If applying with family it will be as per the number of family members but around 2,000,000 to 4,000,000 as per number of family members.
  5. Bank Statement should not be older then 7 to 10 Days.
  6. Account Maintenance Certificate.
4. Supporting Documents:
for Employed:
  1. Visiting Card / Employment Card.
  2. Other Side income, i.e. Rental income or any property.
for Self Employed / Businessman:
  1. NTN Certificate.
  2. Company Registration Certificate / Incorporation Certificate.
  3. Partnership Deed (in case of Partnership or Pvt Ltd Company)
  4. Chamber of Commerce Membership (if any)
for Students:
  1. Student Card issued by the Institution.
  2. Leave Certificate issued by the institution.
  3. If minor travelling with either of parent or alone, No Objection Certificate is required on stamp paper from non accompanying parent duly signed by parent & authorized by Notary Public.
for Retired:
  1. Copy of Retirement Order / Reliving Order.
  2. Discharge Book Copy.
  3. Pension Book Copy (if any)
