Group Travelling Policies:

1. The Travel Globe will organize the travelling, for different group tours i.e. Turkiye Group tour, 3-in-1, 4-in-1, 5-in-1, 6-in-1 countries, i.e. Sri Lanka, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia & Indonesia as per your selected package, & dates given by The Travel Globe. Sri Lanka will be for one night & rest of the destinations are as per the selected package. The Travel Globe will be responsible for the following services except Visa issuance (We only process visas):

1. International Flights, (as per the availability of airlines),

2. Domestic Flights within Cities,

3. Hotel Bookings,

4. Buffet Breakfast, (Singapore will be without Breakfast)

5. Airport Transfers, Airport to Hotel & Hotel to Airport

6. One Day City Tour will be provided as per the selected package. In each Country with Transfers, English Speaking Tour Guide & without Lunch.

7. Singapore to Kuala Lumpur by Bus with English Speaking Tour Guide or Vice versa

8. Visit Visas Services (We only process visas & do not GUARANTEE any visa)

2. We only guarantee what we issued i.e. flights, hotel booking, visa authenticity, airport transfers, buffet breakfast, city tour, but we cannot guarantee if anyone stopped / questioned by the Immigration at any airport in Pakistan or abroad.

Travelling:

Flights:

1. We will guarantee our issued flights but in case of any operational issued by the airline, either flight cancelled, due to weather or God forbid due to any other natural disaster, The Travel Globe will not be responsible for any loss and client has to bear all the expenses or it will be dealt as per the airline policy.

2. All Flights are NON REFUNDABLE & NON CHANGEABLE once issued.

3. Baggage allowance in International Flights are 20 Kgs plus 7 Kgs hand carry or as per the airlines ticketing policy, we highly recommend not to exceed the allocated baggage allowance. In case of access baggage client will bear all the expenses.

4. Baggage allowance in Domestic Flights are 10 Kgs plus 7 Kgs hand carry or as per the airlines ticketing policy, we highly recommend not to exceed the allocated baggage allowance. In case of access baggage client will bear all the expenses.

5. If anyone got late or miss the flight due to any reason, The Travel Globe will not be responsible & client has to bear all the expense of change or reissue.

6. You must make sure to leave for airport at least 4 hours prior to the flight to avoid any problems or no show or waiting in long ques and for smooth boarding & immigration process.

7. If anyone stopped by the immigration due to any reason, The Travel Globe will not be responsible and from that point onward, all the flights, hotels etc, charges & expenses occurring at that time, client has to bear all the expenses or losses.

Transfers:

1. The Travel Globe will provide the Luxury Transportation from airport to hotel & hotel to airport in each city or as per the selected Group Tour.

2. From Singapore to Kuala Lumpur or vice versa, Luxury Public Bus Transfer will be provided.

3. Waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes after flight arrival, If anyone got late at airport as per the stated time, client has to book taxi by himself / themselves & The Travel Globe will not be responsible.

4. From Singapore to Kuala Lumpur or vice versa, miss the bus, the client has to get new bus ticket or bear the travelling expenses by himself / themselves.

Hotels:

1. We guarantee our Hotel booking but In case any last minute issue arises due to any reason, similar hotel will be provided with same facilities as promised.

2.  All hotel rooms are on twin / triple sharing basis.

3. Hotel are with Buffet Breakfast only, if you need any extra room services, client has to pay by himself / themselves.

4. In case of use of minibar or any other services will be charged and bear by the client.

5. Hotels are Star category in each country but it will depends on your selected package category that you will get 3 or 4 Star hotels. We provide 2 Star hotels in Singapore, which facilities are equaling to 3 Star hotels.

6. We do not offer Breakfast in Singapore.

Visas:

1. The Travel Globe is not / will not be responsible in case of any visa rejection. In case any country visa rejected due to any reason, payment is NON REFUNDABLE, also that country nights will be adjusted in any other country depending upon the availability & prices.

2. In case of visa rejection, the adjusted nights will be given in Pattaya with Transfers or as per the availability or prices, Hotel Booking, Buffet Breakfast, One Day Pattaya City Tour or the any other given city tour will be provide, & Rest will continue with the Group.

3. The Travel Globe responsible for the visas issued through us (The Travel Globe), if anyone get / issued visas by himself or through any other agent, we will not responsible for any problem at verification, loss or problem during the travelling.

4. If anyone get / issued visas by himself or through any other agent, getting expire before or during the travelling, the client has to re-issue by himself or we can assist him reapplying visa with extra visa charges and we will not guarantee any visa issuance.

5. In case of Visa rejection, Visa payment & service charges are NON REFUNDABLE.

6. We only process visas and cannot guarantee any visa issuance. If anyone has been rejected or in the process till the time of traveling we will not be responsible, in case of any loss, client will bear all the expenses.

7. If anyone visa get expired during/before travelling, if there will be any expenses, which will be bear by the client.

City Tours:

1. One, Day city tour will be provided in each country except Sri Lanka or as per your selected package. If you package is without City Tours, you will not be able to get the city tours.

2. City Tour will be with transfers & English speaking guide.

3. In Singapore, city tour will be for 4 hours and in Malaysia & Thailand City tour will be for 8 to 10 hours.

4. On Free days, if anyone needs transfer or tours, we will provide with extra charges.

Immigration:

1. The Client has to clear the immigration by himself / themselves, The Travel Globe has no responsibility for immigration clearance at any point during the travelling.

2. The immigration officer can stop you without any reason to travel and The Travel Globe will not be responsible for any loss.

3. We guarantee that all the documents we provided will be authenticated and can be verified online or by phone from the concerned authorities but still cannot guarantee any clearance from immigration at the airport.

4. During the immigration process, if any immigration officer / custom officer confiscate any item, i.e. perfume, Shaving gel, shaving foam, razor, or any other item, The Travel Globe will not be responsible for any loss.

5. During the immigration process if any officer OFF LOAD you or do not allow you to travel, The Travel Globe will not be responsible & payment will not be REFUNDABLE / ADJUSTBLE at last moment.

6. If anyone skip any point of travelling, The Travel Globe will not be responsible for any loss and will not adjust at any place.

7. If anyone stopped by immigration before / during the trip, The Travel Globe will not adjust or refund as we already issued everything in advance. The Client has to pay / bear all the expenses / loss.

Payment Policy:

1. Payment will be charged / received in PKR but as per the USD exchange rate.

2. Total Package Cost is as per your selected package.

3. All the services will be provided as mentioned above & as per your selected package.

4. Full Payment will be charged in PKR but as the USD exchange rate and on the day of complete payment full payment will be received in PKR & as per USD exchange rate whichever is higher. Any fluctuation in USD rate will be bear by the client or whichever is higher.

5. The Travel Globe is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs of your trip.

6. We offered prices in PKR but we pay in USD, if there will be any changes in USD exchange rate, price in PKR will be subject to USD exchange rate or whichever is higher.

7. The Travel Globe has the right to cancel or reject your booking / group traveling without any prior notice and will REFUND the full amount without any compensation, if there is no services provided, if there is any services provided, payment will be deducted and rest will be REFUNDED.

8. Any deposit paid for booking are NON REFUNDABLE and company has no obligation to client.

Refund Policy:

1. Once the package is booked, the package is NON REFUNDABLE & client has to pay the full amount of package.

2. The air tickets will be issued in Group, which will be NON REFUNDABLE & NON CHANGEABLE once issued.

Waiting Time during Trip:

1. You are requested to be in time as mentioned in the itinerary or by the Group Operator.

2. Total waiting time is 15 minutes before leaving for flights, tours etc, if you / anyone fails to join the group as requested, the group will leave for airport / tours & all the expenses / loss will be bear by the client.
