AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND THE TRAVEL GLOBE
This website is operated by The Travel Globe, Pakistan (DTS License No. 2352). The Travel Globe is providing solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations, or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. The terms we, us, our, and Holiday Tours refer to The Travel Globe, Pakistan. The term you refers to the customer visiting the website and/or booking a reservation through us on this website, through our customer service agents, or Social Media plate forms & over a phone call.
This, The Travel Globe is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the ‘Terms of Use’ or ‘Agreement’). Please read the Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using this website, through our sales executives or Social Media, booking any travel products or services on this website, or contacting our sales executives, you agree that the Terms of Use then in force shall apply. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use or make bookings through this website our sales executives, or social media mediums. The Travel Globe, Pakistan, may at any time change these Terms of Use from time to time without any prior notice.
The Services offered by The Travel Globe, Pakistan (“Travel & Tours”) as defined below can only be used by customers who have first read these General Terms and Conditions and accepted them unconditionally by confirming through WhatsApp / email or SMS (as in writing) or any other medium of contact. It is not possible to proceed with the booking process without this acceptance. Customers undertake to fulfill the obligations contained within these terms and conditions. The agreement between Customer and The Travel Globe, Pakistan, comes into force as soon as the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions by confirming in writing by any social media plate forms, email, SMS, or by singing the printout.
Customers are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms & Conditions, and should save and/or print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference when making a booking.
1. The Travel Globe will organize Travel & Tourism Services, for your desired destination & as per your selected package. The Travel Globe will be responsible for the following services (if you book all) or for the services you booked, except Visa issuance (We only process visas):
2. International Flights, (as per the availability of airlines) or according to your package.
3. Domestic Flights within Cities according to your package
4. Hotel Bookings / Accommodations according to your package.
5. Buffet Breakfast, or (As per the Booking / Hotel Policy).
6. Airport Transfers, Airport to Hotel & Hotel to Airport as per your Package.
7. Day City Tours will be provided as per the selected package.
8. Visit Visas Services (We only process visas & cannot GUARANTEE any visa).
9. We only guarantee what we issued or booked by the client as per the package i.e. flights, hotel booking, visa authenticity, airport transfers, buffet breakfast, and city tours, but we cannot guarantee if anyone stopped/questioned by the Immigration at any airport in Pakistan or abroad.
Flights:
1. We will guarantee our issued flights but in case of any operational issues by the airline, either a flight canceled, due to weather or God forbid due to any other natural disaster, The Travel Globe will not be responsible for any loss and client has to bear all the expenses or it will be dealt as per the airline policy.
2. All Flights are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-CHANGEABLE once issued.
3. Baggage allowance in International Flights is 20 to 23 or 30 Kg plus 7 Kg hand carry or as per the airline’s ticketing policy, we highly recommend not to exceed the allocated baggage allowance. In the case of access baggage, the client will bear all the expenses at the time of boarding or check-in.
4. Baggage allowance on Domestic Flights is 15 to 20 Kg plus 7 Kg hand carry or as per the airline’s ticketing policy, we highly recommend not to exceed the allocated baggage allowance. In the case of access baggage, the client will bear all the expenses.
5. If anyone is late or misses the flight due to any reason, The Travel Globe will not be responsible & the client has to bear all the expenses of change or reissue.
6. You must arrive at the airport at least 4 hours before the flight time to avoid any problems or no show or waiting in long queues and for a smooth boarding & immigration process.
7. If anyone is stopped by immigration due to any reason, The Travel Globe will not be responsible and from that point onward, all the flights, hotels, etc, charges & expenses occurring at that time, the client has to bear all the expenses or losses.
Transfers:
1. The Travel Globe will provide Luxury Transportation from airport to hotel & hotel to airport in each city as per the package.
2. If anyone gets late or misses the transfers, as the scheduled time of waiting is 60 minutes after the flight arrival, the client has to get a taxi or bear the traveling expenses by himself/themselves.
3. Transfers between different cities will be provided as per the selected package or itinerary.
Hotels:
1. We guarantee our Hotel booking but In case any last-minute issue arises due to any reason, a similar hotel will be provided with the same facilities as promised.
2. Hotel bookings are with Buffet Breakfast only, if you need any room services or extra, the passenger has to pay by himself/themselves. In some countries or cities, hotels do not offer breakfast, so it will not be provided as per the hotel policy. We will do our best to share the info regarding the breakfast It is not our responsibility to inform the client regarding the breakfast.
3. In case of use of a minibar or any other services will be charged and borne by the client.
4. Hotels are the Star category in each country but it will depend on your selected package category that you will get 3, 4, or 5-star hotels. We provide hotel categories as per the package selected or the hotels offered by us & duly confirmed.
Hotel Cancellation / Refund:
Hotel reservations confirmed/paid will be dealt with as follows:
1. Hotel Booking canceled, 15 days before check-in/commencement of journey will be charged equal to One Night Charges.
2. Hotel Booking canceled, 10 days before check-in/commencement of journey will be charged equal to 50% of the Total Cost.
3. Hotel Booking canceled within 07 days of check-in/commencement of journey will be FULLY CHARGED / NON REFUNDABLE.
2. All Hotel cancellation Refunds will be made after the completion of the journey and during the journey no adjustments will be made, after deducting all the refund/service charges.
3. If you want to change the hotel, during the traveling before or within the 07 days of the journey/commencement of the journey, the above-mentioned policy will be applied and new hotel booking will be made with new payment.
4. After check-in at the hotel, any loss or damages made by you during your stay, will be responsible for the loss.
City Tours:
1. City / Day Tours are provided as per the selected Package or as per the choice of the client.
2. The City / Day Tour will be with transfers & English speaking guide as per the booked City / Day Tour.
3. City or Day tour duration will depend on the booked tour or provided by the vendor.
4. On Free days, if anyone needs a transfer or tour, we will provide them with extra charges.
Tourist / Visit Visa:
1. The Travel Globe, only processes Tourist / Visit Visas, & does not issue any visas. We do not guarantee any visas.
2. The Travel Globe, does not deal in Work & Student Visas, We only deal in Tourist / Visit Visas.
3. The Travel Globe is not / will not be responsible in case of any visa rejection. In case any country visa is rejected due to any reason, Visa fee & Service Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
4. In case of visa rejection, the client does not have any right to ask for an explanation from The Travel Globe, as we only process visas and do not guarantee any visas.
5. The Travel Globe is responsible for the visas issued through us (The Travel Globe), if anyone gets/approves a visa by himself or through any other agent, we will not be responsible for any problem with verification, immigration, loss, or problem during the traveling.
6. If anyone gets/approved visas by himself or through any other agent, getting expire before or during the travelling, the client has to re-issue by himself or we can assist him in reapplying visa with extra visa charges and we will not guarantee any visa issuance.
7. In case of Visa rejection, Visa payment & service charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
8. We only process visas and cannot guarantee any visa issuance. If anyone’s visa has been rejected or the visas are in the process till the time of traveling, we will not be responsible, in case of any loss, the client will bear all the expenses.
9. If anyone’s visa expires during/before traveling, if there will be any expenses, which will be bear by the client.
10. WE do not deal with Tourist / Visit Visas without Documents. We only process Visit Visas with complete documentation.
11. If visas are processed in Package, only visa net cost will be charged. But if anyone cancels the package, the Visa fee plus Visa Service charges will be deducted.
12. If anyone’s visas get delayed and wants to cancel the process, Visa Fee & Service Charges are NON REFUNDABLE & will be charged.
Immigration Policy During The Travelling:
1. The Client has to clear the immigration by himself/themselves, The Travel Globe has no responsibility for immigration clearance at any point before or during the traveling.
2. The immigration officer can stop you without any reason to travel and The Travel Globe will not be responsible for any loss.
3. We guarantee, that all the documents we provide will be authenticated and can be verified online or by phone from the concerned authorities but still cannot guarantee any clearance from immigration.
4. During the immigration process, if any immigration officer/customs officer confiscates any item, i.e. perfume, Shaving gel, shaving foam, razor, or any other item (s), The Travel Globe will not be responsible for any loss.
5. During the immigration process if any officer LOAD you or does not allow you to travel, The Travel Globe will not be responsible & payment will not be REFUNDABLE / ADJUSTBLE at the last moment.
6. If anyone skips at any point of traveling, The Travel Globe will not be responsible for any loss, and payments will not be adjusted or Refunded at any place.
7. If anyone stopped by immigration before/during the trip, The Travel Globe will not adjust or refund as we already issued everything in advance. The Client has to pay/bear all the expenses/loss.
Payment / Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Payment Policy:
1. Payment will be charged/received in PKR with the current USD rate. Fix price for the package/tour or any services will be charged. Payment will be received in PKR / USD whichever is higher.
2. 50% of advance payment will be received for any travel & tourism services. The rest of the payment will be received 20 days before the flight.
3. Total Package Cost is as per your selected package.
4. All the services will be provided as mentioned above & as per your selected package.
5. Full Payment will be charged in USD and on the day of complete payment, full payment will be received as per USD rate. Any fluctuation in the USD rate will be bear by the client. If the USD rate goes down, the price will be collected in PKR / USD whichever is higher.
6. The Travel Globe is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs of your trip.
7. We offer prices in PKR but we pay in USD, if there are any changes in the USD exchange rate, the price in PKR will be subject to the USD exchange rate, but the final payment will be collected in the currency whichever is higher.
8. The Travel Globe has the right to cancel or reject your booking/group traveling without any prior notice and will REFUND the full amount without any compensation if there are no services provided, if there are any services provided, payment will be deducted with service charges and rest will be REFUNDED.
9. Any deposit paid for booking is NON REFUNDABLE and the company has no obligation to the client.
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
1. Once You book any services with The Travel Globe, it can be canceled/processed for Refund as per the policy by the service provider i.e. Airlines, Hotels, Embassies, International Tour Operators / Vendors.
2. Any Cancellation made will occur in the following charges.
Flights:
1. After issuance, some flights are Refundable & some are Non-Refundable, the Cancellation / Refund policy will be applied, and issued by the airlines with some service charges.
2. If the flight is NON-REFUNDABLE, nothing will be paid as per the airline policy.
3. If the flight is REFUNDABLE, Refund charges with a service fee will be charged and the rest of the payment will be refunded after 6 to 8 weeks or after receiving it from the airline.
4. In case of Flight is NON-REFUNDABLE but Changeable, the date change charge plus the difference of fare (if any) will be charged for re-issuance and the client has to bear all the charges.
5. In case the client does not make it to the airport & gets NO SHOW, The Travel Globe will not be responsible & will be dealt with as per the airline policy.
6. In case the client gets offloaded or deported, The Travel Globe will not be responsible & charges/costs will be dealt with as per the airline policy.
Package Booking:
1. Once the package is booked, the package is NON REFUNDABLE & the client has to pay the full amount of the package.
2. The air tickets will be issued in Group, which will be NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-CHANGEABLE once issued.
3. 50% of the payment will be received at the time of booking and the rest of the payment will be received before 20 days of traveling or if half of the visas are issued. whichever comes first.
4. Package refund will be dealt with as per the above-mentioned company policies.
5. Package amount will not be refunded or adjusted during the traveling. Once travel is completed, a Refund will be processed and will be made within 4 working weeks.
6. In Group Travelling, if anyone gets offloaded/denied boarding/traveling by immigration, The Travel Globe will not be responsible & no payment will be refunded.
Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18.
